Did you know the more you move, the more energised you feel? Well, we all think that moving
around too much or exercising a lot can make you feel tired and dizzy. But regular activity improves
your muscle strength and boosts your endurance. It gives you the energy to think clearer and come
up with new ideas. If you move around for a good 15 minutes, it will make your body produce more
energy at the cellular level. An author said exercise improves your brain in the short term by raising
